Colonel Rohit Dev appointed as Dy DG of IFGE
New Delhi- Colonel Rohit Dev, RDX as he is fondly called, has been given responsibility of Deputy Director General of IFGE, Indian Federation of Green Energy. IFGE has announced through a press release.
Rohit Dev has been a 2nd Generation Indian Armed Forces officer who has held prestigious appointments with excellent academic record right through.
Illustrious Career
After an illustrious and exemplary career in the Indian Armed Forces, has served as COO in a Renewable Energy company, taking its revenue growth up nearly by 15x in 3 years with volumetric growth being around 10x.
He is a Thought Leader in diverse forums and contributes effectively to the Strategic Thinking, Policy Advocacy, Perception Management, Skill Development, Entrepreneurship, Training & Mentorship, and few Sunrise Sectors like Bio-Energy Sector.
As an Invited Speaker and Keynote Thought Leader, he participates in Leadership Panel Discussions on topics related to Geopolitics, Energy Transition, Climate Change, Net Zero, Sustainability, Biomass Supply Chain Management, and the Bio-Energy Sector in India & Global Summits.
He has been recently appointed as the Deputy Director General at Indian Federation of Green Energy.
He has his Start Up Reveille Energy in Renewable Energy, Media and Consulting and he also serves as the Co-Chairperson of Biomass Global Associates Forum, under the aegis of the Indian Federation of Green Energy (IFGE), is an Expert Adviser with the Indian Bio-gas Association and is Adviser of 3E BIOedhan Sustainable Solutions Pvt. Colonel Dev has played a crucial role in Policy Advocacy with various Ministries of the Central Government and State Government Departments. He has been part of an ICAR-Led Mentoring Program as a Mentor and part of Special Committee of Ministry is of New and Renewable Energy.
Contributing to global discussions, he was part of a World Economic Forum Paper led by McKinsey on Clean Skies for Tomorrow White Paper.
He has authored Technical and Strategic Papers on Geopolitics, Incident Reviews, Policies and also in the Renewable Energy Sector.
With experience as Chief Business Officer for a reputed Aerospace Company and a leading Logistics Company in India, he demonstrates a diverse professional background.
