State-wise Ex-mill Sugar Prices in India:
As of September 10, 2025, ex-mill sugar prices in major Indian states remain generally stable with good demand and limited stocks amid delays in crushing operations in some regions. The prices, excluding GST, are approximately as follows:
- Maharashtra: ₹3875 to ₹3905 per quintal (M-grade at ₹3925 to ₹3945)
- South Karnataka: ₹3980 to ₹4050 per quintal (up to ₹4100)
- Uttar Pradesh: ₹3960 to ₹4050 per quintal (M-grade)
- Gujarat: ₹3890 to ₹3921 per quintal (higher range ₹3911 to ₹3961)
- Tamil Nadu: ₹4075 to ₹4150 per quintal (higher range ₹4150 to ₹4200)
- Madhya Pradesh: ₹3960 to ₹3985 per quintal (higher range ₹4030 to ₹4055)
- Punjab: ₹4000 to ₹4301 per quintal Sugar Futures Prices:
International futures prices also show slight upward movements: - London ICE White Sugar (October 2025 contract) closed at around $488 per ton, up 0.97%.
- New York ICE Raw Sugar No. 11 (October 2025 contract) closed near 15.85 cents per pound, gaining about 0.06%. Crude Oil Prices Overview:
- WTI crude is approximately $62.60 per barrel.
- Brent crude trades near $63.73 per barrel.
